Growth of microalgae Chlorella sorokiniana and yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in Tris-Acetate-Phosphate medium with 2% glucose and 20 mM nitrite for 5 days receiving CO2 from either winery wastewater isolates Saccharomyces cerevisiae. pH of the media and RNA concentrations of RNA samples used for primer efficiency optimisation are included.
