SKM Low light intensity vs higher light intensity experiment
The growth of microalgae, Chlorella sorokiniana, is assessed at two different light intensities, namely, 95 and 150 photons umol.m2.s-1 in monocultures in synthetic TAP media for one week. Temperature, pH and loss of weight as CO2 are also quantified.
